Dr. Machiel Van der Loos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UBC, He is Faculty Affiliate of the Masters of Digital Media Program at Great Northern Way Campus. He is Associate Faculty of the School of Biomedical Engineering and the Associate Head, External&Industry, of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He is Faculty Affiliate at the National Core for Neuroethics. He is a Full Member, of the Institute for Computing, Information, and Cognitive Systems (ICICS).
